Do I need a license to rent a suite?
Yes. You'll need a current Georgia state license for the service you provide (cosmetology, esthetics, nail technology, massage therapy, etc.).
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Personal liability insurance is required before move-in. Most professional associations offer affordable annual policies.
How does the move-in process work?
Send us a tour request through the form, pick your suite, sign the agreement and provide your license and insurance. Suites are available immediately, so you can move in right after signing.
How long is the lease?
Minimum term: 6 months. Deposit: half of one month's rent ($525 – $550). Send us the form and we'll go over the details.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking for you and your clients right in front of the building.
What are the hours?
Flexible — suite owners set their own schedule. You run your suite on your own schedule.
